Best deals in budget

Wednesday, November 28th, 2007 | gadgets with No Comments »

From a long time I was planning to buy a new digital camera. But somehow was not getting enough time to hunt for one and then save money to buy it. Lately, even my budget has been a little problematical. So, when my friend told me to just leave a description of the product I desire, and the price I could afford, on this savebuckets.co.uk website, and let the website do the hunting for me, I did as he asked me right away. And to my good luck I got an offer right before Christmas. I found Fuji FinePix Z10fd digital camera- Pink that suits my requirement just right. We are all so happy. Thanks to savebuckets.co.uk, which has over a million products ranged to suit all customer preferences whether you desire consumer electronics, home & garden, electronic games or any other there are lots of other categories as well.

Responsible driving

Thursday, November 15th, 2007 | Uncategorized with No Comments »

Responsible drivingI am afraid, this is one term that today’s youth just does not associate with. Its tough or should we say easy for one to blame the parents or background of erroneous drivers. Without a doubt, the present gen-Y is smarter than its predecessors. They are more focused, more knowledgeable and by that logic “more mature”. But is that really so. Are they really taking responsibility for their actions? The 20-year-old Alistair Periera ran down six labourers sleeping on a pavement and injured eight others in Mumbai last year. And perhaps, that was not a lesson well learn’t for the Mumbai teen whose drunken driving led him to crash into a disabled man yesterday.

These sure aren’t the first cases of driving negligence. Time and again, incidents of road mishaps due to ‘un-responsible’ driving have been brought up. We complain about Blue line drivers going on a killing rampage but do we even have the right to say that? How many times do we consider the traffic rules out of our own conscience let alone by the threatening eye of the traffic policeman? Do we ever, after guzzling down alcohol, even think twice before putting on our car’s ignition. I am not moralistic and so will not go down into the ‘sinful’ habit of drinking and driving. But that will not stop me from saying…”Do we really have to drive after boozing? Let’s respect life, theirs and ours!”
